This Privacy Policy explains how Qritim AI, a California-based company with an office in Nepal (“Qritim”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our AI conversational platform and social media scheduling Services at qritim.com and associated subdomains. Qritim AI is the data controller for the personal data described here.
1. Information We Collect
- Account data: name, email address, company name, and password when you register.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, scheduling activity, and device/browser information.
- Connected platform data: when you authorise a social media account, we receive only the permissions you grant. See platform-specific details below.
2. Social Platform Data
When you connect a social account, we access and store only the data necessary to schedule and publish content on your behalf:
- TikTok: account username, profile picture, and the permissions you grant (video.upload, video.publish, user.info.basic). We use this data solely to publish content you schedule. We do not sell TikTok data. You can revoke access at any time from your Qritim settings or TikTok’s Connected Apps page.
- Facebook & Instagram (Meta): page name, page ID, profile picture, and posting permissions for pages you connect.
- LinkedIn: profile name, profile picture, and write permissions for your account or company pages.
- X (Twitter): account handle, profile picture, and read/write permissions for your account.
- Reddit: account username, profile picture, and post submission permissions for subreddits you authorise.
- YouTube: channel name, channel ID, and upload permissions.
- Pinterest & Threads: account name, profile picture, and posting permissions.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Authenticate your account and maintain your session
- Schedule and publish content on your behalf to connected platforms
- Display analytics and publishing history in your dashboard
- Improve our AI tools and Services
- Send transactional emails (account confirmations, scheduling notifications)
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data with third-party social platforms only as necessary to deliver the scheduling services you authorise. We may use hosting and analytics sub-processors (e.g. Supabase, server infrastructure) that process data on our behalf under appropriate data protection agreements.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request full deletion of your account and associated data by emailing hello@qritim.com. Disconnecting a social channel from Qritim settings immediately revokes our access to that platform.
6. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, encrypted storage at rest) and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; withdraw consent for any data processing based on consent. Submit requests to hello@qritim.com.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
9. Children
Our Services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
