Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, software, and websites operated by Qritim AI, a California-based company with an office in Nepal (“Qritim”, “we”, “us”). By using our Services you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Qritim provides an AI-powered conversational platform and social media content scheduling tool. Our Services enable users to manage and publish content to social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Reddit, YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. By using the Services you confirm you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at hello@qritim.com.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any platform’s terms (TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, etc.)
- Upload spam, malware, or intentionally misleading content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services
- Resell or sublicense access without our written consent
5. Third-Party Integrations
Our Services integrate with third-party social media platforms. Your use of those integrations is additionally governed by each platform’s own terms. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or policies.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload or publish. Qritim retains ownership of its platform, branding, AI models, and technology.
7. Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that published content will reach its intended audience on third-party platforms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qritim shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or any other reason with reasonable notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be indicated by an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
